1. Using Tended
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Use Tended respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully
• Only add stewards or recipients with their permission
• Not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
Tended is not responsible for the actions or decisions of stewards or recipients.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Tended account.
Stewards must also be at least 18 years old.

3. Legal Status
Tended is not a legal will, power of attorney, or advance directive.
It supports but does not replace your formal legal arrangements. You should seek professional legal advice where appropriate.

4. Death Confirmation & Release of Information
Stewards may confirm your death or incapacitation.
• If death is confirmed, content designated for release may be shared with recipients.
• If incapacitation is confirmed, only practical Vault information may be released.
• Emotional or posthumous messages remain protected until death is later confirmed.
Tended does not verify the accuracy of steward decisions.

By using Tended, you acknowledge:
• You control what you store
• You decide who receives it
• You appoint your stewards
• Tended does not verify the legality or accuracy of your content

6. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of Tended may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

We aim to provide reliable access to Tended. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
